Avacado mushed with lemon juice (didn’t have any limes) and chilli flakes. Smoked Salmon. Scrambled eggs with cayenne pepper and more chilli flakes cooked in rapeseed oil. . Plenty of good fat and protein and low-ish carbs. The chilli and cayenne pepper boost metabolism for the rest of the day. .
